Otima location, a little further from aracaju,and bar of the coconut trees, but with a very good market the hyper meats, with even breakfast and restaurants nearby. I just suggest putting a curtain in the room, for being 1 floor and next to the psychina area loses some privacy, due to the movement of the pool space just below, as well as the noise, especially on the holiday, which was constant... Whoever does not bother, everything is ok! about the ap itself, mto clean, attentive host mto!

Nadja and extremely attentive.response quickly and even brought me extra bed linen... very quiet place and the parentage of the terrace is a forest with coconut trees...that we saw macaquinhos..... carcaraand other birds... Comfortable ap...with 2 bedrooms that made all the difference. Thanks Nadja for receptivity....we will return one day....bj

Great stay!!. The place is cozy , close to essential places like supermarkets and pharmacies. I missed a curtain in the bedroom window to block a little more clarity when the sun appears. the rest, all very nice.

the accommodation was a wonder, super well-equipped house with new electronics. I didn't miss anything. The rooms are excellent for sleeping, very comfortable and the curtains do not let the sun in the morning. Communication was quick and easy. We took about 20 min to reach the Orla by car, a little far away but nothing that is a hindrance. I will definitely come back but again and I will say to everyone!!

The apartment was extremely clean, organized and with the availability of several basic features and for family comfort: good showers, coffee maker, good quality washing machine, air conditioning, household items,etc. Some features surprised me, there were even bushings for washing closed dishes, salt, ready seasoning and Aqua purifier. Marcio served very well and was gentle and flexible with us. The condominium has a swimming pool, gym and game room and is well organized. The best temporary accommodation apartment I've ever stayed in. Gratitude! 🙏

The apartment is as shown in the photos. Cláudio is very attentive, responds everything quickly, gives clear instructions, very helpful. The region is quiet, safe. The condominium is extremely quiet, quiet. Everything that is available for guests' use, such as kitchen utensils, appliances, linen, makes the stay comfortable. The fact that having a washing machine made a lot of difference to wash beach clothes, we brought everything clean back. Parking is covered and close to the apartment. Each room has a Smart TV and a double bed. I would recommend and would rent with him again.

The apartment delivers what it offers. Compatible with photos. Very close to Estácio College, great for those who have a commitment in this place.

We had a great stay! The location is very good, everything close by (market, pharmacy, restaurants, gym, etc). Apartment just like the photos, linen bed and fresh towels, kitchen with all the basic utensils. Iradir was very helpful, picked me up at the airport and showed me main points of the city, in addition to introducing the neighborhood and showing where to buy what I needed (since I'm vegan and it's harder to find options). All rooms have TVs, double bed and fans. The apartment is at the intersection of two avenues, so there's traffic noise. I used earplugs to sleep and it went smoothly. I recommend staying ☺️

The apartment is very comfortable and the neighborhood super quiet. Condo with several recreational areas. One point is that there is no air conditioning in the suite, but it has a good ceiling fan. The Emanuelle host is very attentive and careful. Aracaju is a very well cared for city, the waterfront of Atalaia is show! Super recommend it!

Otimo apto in a safe condominium. Very well located. We received the apt with impeccable cleaning and very perfumed. Full kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and a well-ventilated balcony. Dona Ivete was very friendly, and provided us with the right guidelines. I highly recommend it!
