This is a great spot and a really nice deal. The patio hut tub area next to the river is absolutely beautiful. The room itself is very comfortable with all the amenities you could want. We will definitely be staying here again.

This little apartment is INCREDIBLE especially for the price. It was spotless but still homey, very private but still very close to everything fun on Fort Collins. We will absolutely be staying here again!! Would give six stars if I could!

The pictures don't do this place justice! The view from the patio is gorgeous and felt very private. We loved using the fire table. This is the most well-stocked AirBnb I have ever stayed in, they thought of everything. The bed was amazing, everyone slept really well. I highly recommend this place for families. Lots of books and games for kids. And the best part is it was CLEAN and not run down. The carpet and furniture are new. You won't regret booking this beautiful home!

Great spot! The description is accurate. Description says one bedroom, so if you’re like me and only look at pictures, it looks like more than one bed room. This was not an issue for us! Just wanted to write this as a heads up to anyone! Really enjoyed our stay! Close to downtown and everywhere else in Loveland. Super quick trip up to Fort Collins too!

Lovely basement suite in a nice neighborhood in Fort Collins. Lots to do within walking distance and incredible biking trails. It’s an old house so there’s a bit of squeaking when people upstairs are walking around, but an absolutely charming place. We’d love to stay again.

Had a really great stay with family here and were able to relax without any worries about accomodations or location for the five of us. Great Coloradan hospitality!

Stellar review for everything! First of all, Gregory and Andrea were so proactive in preparing the place for guests. They have a whole google document for things to do, how to get settled in, what restaurants are best for what, etc. I’m so impressed by the level of hosting and hospitality that these two have done before you even get there. AirBnB Hosts should take a seminar from them on how to prepare for guests. Also, when you meet them you want to just have dinner with them. They’re so sweet and kind. That was our 1 regret is not asking that! The amenities were wonderful. Great space. Restful. Especially if you want to be near the mountains but still in civilization. The hot tub was definitely the motif the place. So peaceful and relaxing and they pay attention to detail about privacy while also not making it weird with the retractable covers. Any person looking to stay at the Garfield Garden will not be disappointed in the slightest. My wife and I cannot recommend this place enough.

christine gave me another quiet and lovely time. arriving late at 7:00 p.m. i was greeted by cha cha and cosmo (and christine, of course). those dogs make you feel like you are their best friend. i went into my cozy nest and all was just as i left it last month. the beauty of retreating in the same place is that you recognize everything. your old friends are still around. a cup (and saucer!) of tea and a sweet treat on the love seat with the zen light casting shadows on the wall - - ah! just what i needed to begin a much needed time of quiet rest. thank you again, christine. you put a lot of love and attention into The Quiet Place and it shows.

We drove from Virginia to Ft. Collins to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter who is working on her doctorate at CSU. This was only a couple of blocks away from her house. Becky and Ryan were very friendly and super responsive. It felt just like home. If we came back we’d stay again.

Our family of four had a good stay. The location was very easy to find, not far to downtown and near a supermarket. Even though it’s on a main street we didn’t notice any noise. Jill was quick to respond to our questions and check in was easy. Everything inside was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Beds were comfy. The layout of the space is a little quirky but it worked fine for us. We had everything we needed.

This place was perfect for our little getaway! The horse tooth mountain hike is right across the street so super easy and convenient! The place was great! You can hear pretty clearly everyone moving around upstairs during the day, but we were out most of the day so didn’t bother us! It’s was very quiet at 8 just like they said it would be! Loved this place!

Matthew was wonderful; we reserved the Airbnb three hours before our arrival. He was quite accommodating and readily available. The home was charming, with soft blankets and all the essentials. It boasted a lovely view and a wraparound deck. It was very tranquil and serene. I would certainly rent it again. It's an excellent home for photography, especially during a blood moon, aurora borealis, or meteor shower.

Kelly’s place was great! Would definitely stay here again. Super clean and had just the right amount of extra touches to help make the stay comfortable. Kelly was proactive in making sure we had clear check in instructions and had everything we needed. And she was responsive when I had a question. The place was exactly as described and as the photos depicted. Really great, comfortable space for two people. Would definitely recommend Kelly’s property!

This is the most serene and lovely places I have ever stayed. The garden was heaven. The place was cute, cottage-feel, clean, and full of amenities. I would stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and clearly well maintained. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s a gorgeous space, and you can tell they put a lot of care into it. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Truly enjoyed our stay! House is in great location close to CSU and Old Town. Very cozy and updated. We had our dog with us and he was very comfortable too (we put his bed in the large bathroom). Would absolutely stay here again in a future visit in FoCo.

This was actually the perfect AirBnB. I cannot say enough good about it and have actually already recommended it to a friend. There was 4 adult in our party. It was so roomy. The huge couch?! So comfortable and nice. There were so many extra touches that made it all so special. A great TV with streaming services, books and games, dixie cups in the bathroom and hygiene items that you may forgotten. The kitchen was just a kitchenette, but the full fridge was a nice touch, as were the toaster oven, microwave and even a hot plate for additional cooking. It was stocked with basics and condiments. Shawn was a very welcoming host and provided lots of extra cozy blankets and bedding. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we enjoyed evening walks. We also enjoyed exploring the area and a quick trip to close-by Buc-ees! After we left, my SIL realized he'd left an item behind. Shawn was great to work with to make sure we got it back. I hope our travels bring us here again.

Perfect space as described, host communicates very good. Perfect description of the space and it looked brand new. I would highly recommend to anyone.
