Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Main house and studio location seen on photo 14.

On the ground floor on the garden, in the quiet of a luxury residence, very beautiful T2 totally renovated open to a large terrace overlooking the sea. Enclosed private garage in the basement. But, forget the car! the beach is in direct access, restaurants, beachfront bars and the casino are 100 m away, and shops are 300 m away. A coastal trail leads to other beaches. 1 bedroom (bed 2 adults) + 1 sofa bed (1 child). Furnished kitchen (Four-MO-LV-Phooking-clean-cleaner), washer-dryer-TV-box.

You have private parking and a private cellar to accommodate bikes, sails, kite, surf... Lorient - La Base, the city of sailing and shops are within 10 minutes. At the end of the garden: the Ploemeur - Larmor-Plage greenway: beaches, markets (Ploemeur and Larmor), the Ter or the nautical center by bike or short hike...

T2 Larmor center apartment 100m from the beach

Ideally located, the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a small residence in the middle of Larmor-Plage. Restaurants, shops, services and especially beaches, everything is walkable immediately. The home is cleaned and disinfected between each rental. Do you have any bikes ? A cellar is available to store them. At your request, we can make available a cot. You come by train... the apartment is accessible by bus directly from the train station.

This accommodation located on the second and top floor of a small quiet residence, is equipped with a 140/190 bed, a bathroom with shower and wc. The apartment is equipped with WiFi and TV. Charming cottage attached to our main accommodation,offering everything you need for a nice break in a seaside resort known for its sublime view of the island of Groix, but also its beaches, its Sunday market and its proximity to the city of Lorient.
