Juliabuda is located in Haugsbygda on Gurskøya. Juliabuda was built in the 1860s and we can offer an evocative stay in this authentic sea scene where there has been both herring salting, post office and shop. Sjøbuda has a jetty with the opportunity to go boating or enjoy the view of the fjord and the islands in the strait. The area has many beautiful excursion spots, both by the fjord and in the mountains at 600-700 metres above sea level, with both easy and more difficult terrain. This is the advertisement for the smaller of two apartments in Juliabuda.

Perfect starting point for day trips to Vestkapp, Runde, Geiranger, Loen, Ålesund, etc... Approximately 300 meters to the grocery store with everything you need. A short distance to the centre of Larsnes. Many hikes in the surrounding area, and a short drive to Ulsteinvik, Herøy and Ørsta/Volda. Kayak, SUP board and bicycle are included in the price. Within an hour or two you can reach famous places such as Geiranger, Åndalsnes, Loen and the amazing bird island Runde. The Atlantic Park in Ålesund is also worth a visit. In Ørsta, 20 min. away, there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
