The apartment is small but perfect for a couple or small family. The location is excellent and the security of the building, too.

Ximena is a wonderful host. There was a problem with the internet connection and it was fixed quickly and effectively. The house is cozy, with good views and well located.

Our stay was spectacular! The apartment is the same as the one published in the photographs; this one has digital switches and sensors that turn off the light when you don't feel movement. The apartment is in the middle of the hill, to take into consideration if it comes on foot; but there is locomotion no more than 5 minutes walking; there are commercial places near the apartment. The fist must be placed on the touch panel of the entrance to be able to enter the access code. Communication with Juan was very smooth and very friendly; he responded to all our inquiries; we will definitely be back!

Comfortable, well located, and very nice apartment!

Rodrigo excellent host. Good communication and disposition. We were going for the run and had no problems leaving us for a while longer to get out. He made us the contact to reserve parking inside the building even. Only positive feedback towards him! The only detail I could lift would be the musty smell that was in the Depto and the bedding, but we think it may be that as it is on the 1st floor, it gets little light or sun, but in general everything else works and complies.

Pablo's apartment is simply wonderful, even more beautiful than the pictures of the ad. The space is very well divided, decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing and cozy stay. The balcony with glass curtain and sea view is special and completes the ambience. Several utensils are provided and Pablo gives very clear instructions on access and everything else. Besides, it is located in a beautiful building with various amenities. Finally, the communication with Pablo was incredible, always attentive and willing to make the stay even better. I strongly recommend and if I return to Viña Del Mar, I will certainly stay there again.

Very friendly and attentive. He gave us very clear recommendations and directions. The clean and tidy apartment. While the space is private, they tend to hear noises from other apartments and from the street (I think it's something from all Lofts of this style). The host is very understanding and flexible. As for the apartment's equipment, just and necessary if you are passing through. Very good overall experience.

The apartment is excellent! It was a pleasure to stay. The view is breathtaking and the location is perfect. We'll definitely be back.

The apartment is small but for two people it's fine. It is comfortable and the location is good. The armchair is somewhat uncomfortable to sleep but in short stays that is not an issue. Good place, good price and good treatment.

The apartment is very well located on the coastal edge, offering privileged views of the sunsets. It is close to a supermarket, making it easy to shop to stay in the place. Claudia is a very good and understanding host and although we did not meet her in person, she was very quick to respond to our questions and requirements. In our case, we request the use of the interior jacuzzi of the building and she managed the reservation by us. The instructions for entry to the apartment and the use of the building's premises were very clear and we had no problems. Recommended place to escape the city and enjoy the sea.

Beautiful view, close to Playa Los Lilenes and the Dunas. The apartment was comfortable and clean. You can also enjoy the jacuzzi. I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect! María Alejandra was always super friendly, she was attentive at all times and responded quickly to every query I had. Flexible check-in was very helpful. The apartment is very well located. Perfect for 4 people, with good isolation between rooms. It is fully equipped, clean and functional, with a beautiful ocean view. I would definitely go back!
