El piso cuenta con una cocina completamente equipada y un baño, lo que lo hace perfecto para aquellos que desean cocinar y tener privacidad. Además, el piso cuenta con aire acondicionado y calefacción, lo que asegura una estancia cómoda en cualquier época del año. Los huéspedes reservan su estadía para el alojamiento indicado; es importante leer las normas del anuncio ya que está prohibido fumar en cualquier zona del alojamiento. El piso cuenta con termo eléctrico de agua caliente; cada termo es capaz de generar 120 litros de agua caliente, luego volverá a cargar la misma cantidad de agua en 45-60 min. Es importante destacar que si se lavan las losas, ropa, y se bañan todos los integrantes de la reserva al mismo tiempo, el termo puede agotarse y habrá que esperar el tiempo indicado para que vuelva a cargar de nuevo.
