Great stay and responsive host.

Fantastic apartment! The unit was walkable to nearly everywhere, and was close to the Metro if you needed to go further. Was just like the photos and had everything my family needed - and we especially enjoyed the private rooftop terrace. Cristina was amazingly responsive to every question - and she even provided us with extra water when the city cut the water main and we lost water for half a day (very nice!). Totally worth the price and we would stay there again if possible when we return to Montreal.

We have used Simon’s place multiple times. He is always responsive and accommodating. Space is as described and great attention to detail. We will be back!

Great location within walking distance to the metro and many good restaurants as well as a shopping mall. Simple and clean, a good base for exploring everything Montréal has to offer. Highly recommend paying for the private parking which felt safe and secure behind the building. All around a great experience, would stay again!

Although bedrooms are bit tight, overall it is a very comfortable place. Has all the amenities that you typically have at home (except for washer & dryer). Host is very attentive and friendly. Laval location is great, with quick access to the isle of Montreal. Perhaps only drawback is having to climb a set of steps to reach unit in second floor.

Danielle was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and helpful through the check-in and check-out process. The unit was perfect for our group - clean and spacious. We will definitely be booking with Danielle every time we return to Montreal!

We had a wonderful stay at this airbnb! The place was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It had all the necessary amenities and supplies, making our stay super convenient. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, even allowing us to check in a few hours early, which was greatly appreciated. The location was perfect—there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Overall, this airbnb made our trip successful and fun. Highly recommend!

loved this spot. I'll definitely stay here again. nothing negative to say about this spot. it's very cute and clean and the neighborhood is nice. it is kind of hard to find street parking late night though.

Jordan’s place was great! He was very responsive during check in and the location was very safe. Parking was a bit of an issue since there was a lot of snow and it wasn’t shoveled, but I imagine when it’s not winter it is quite a big parking space! Same thing goes for the stairs leading up to the unit - it would be better when shoveled or when there is no snow... The unit itself was very clean, the decor was super cool, and I loved having a full kitchen. Bonus points was having in-unit laundry, especially during snowy weather. Would definitely recommend staying at this location!

After a long drive from NS it was so nice to walk into the condo smelling so fresh and clean. The condo size was bigger than I expected. The building and neighborhood was nice and quiet. Free parking was the feature that made us choose this spot. Yes the parking area is tight, as other reviewer stated, but our suv fit fine. Even though we had our vehicle there, the condo is so close to the Metro that we used it to go to the Aura light show at the Notre Dame Basilica and then the Habs game the next night. Lots of shops and restaurants close by and great area to walk or sit along the canal. Such a great spot, we will consider booking again for our next trip to Montreal.

Spacious and comfortable place in an amazing location, close to restaurant, wine bars, grocery, and metro. The bed was super comfortable and had cozy lighting. Amazing hot tub that was ready right when we arrived! Had all the cooking and toiletry essentials

Had a fabulous stay here with husband, teenager and two dogs. Had a minor issue with bedding but Ima was very responsive and took care of it. The parking spot in the garage was suuuper helpful as there was a 24 hr snowstorm right after we arrived - as mentioned in other reviews, it is extremely extremely tight. We have a small SUV and barely fit - but we’re still grateful for it! The location is very convenient and walkable . Highly recommend

Sarah's place was the perfect weekend getaway! The bedroom was a great size for a solo person (in our case) but would also be comfortable for a couple. The second bed is a VERY comfortable fold-out, thick memory foam mattress – not the couch, like we originally thought! The fold-out bed was the perfect firmness and I had great sleep. Sarah provided clear instructions for entrance to the building and the parking garage, so checking-in & out was a breeze. Lot of great restaurants and museums all within ~30 minutes walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again!

Really beautiful, nice, quiet and amazing place. Feel like at home. Highly recommended. I will definitely choose her for my next stay in Laval.

Vivi’s penthouse was absolutely perfect! It was quiet, clean, well-decorated, and in a great location that wasn’t loud and was walkable to all the shopping I wanted to do. I would definitely return, but it’s helpful to know that you may want a sleep mask since some of the bedrooms face buildings that are lit up at night and have sheer curtains. In addition, the steam room is under construction, so if that’s important to you it’s worth asking if that’s been finished yet. I loved the pool and hot tub. So much better than a hotel! And it’s built for grown-ups so there are no screaming kids to deal with (because there’s no shallow end). So peaceful and luxurious! Thank you again.

We had a fantastic time at Brigitte’s place! She was very response and had clear instructions in place. We absolutely loved the vibe of this place and it was fantastic to spend a weekend here!

This was such a great experience. We were a family of 5 with a baby, spent 12 nights here and it couldn’t have been better! Apartment is extremely clean and modern with a fantastic view of Downtown Montreal. Location is perfect, minutes from everywhere, downtown, bars & restaurants in griffintown, also close to the highway so you don’t have to go through traffic. Walking distance from a top grocery store and some cafes and restaurants as well. We had a parking spot very conveniently located right next to the elevator. Baby crib was super convenient and honestly the house was very well supplied with everything (even a hairdryer) which was very appreciated. We felt we had everything we needed, it felt like home! Host was so helpful and responsive with regards to anything we needed, even ordering online. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant. Definitely recommend apartment and host and would stay there again!

My overall experience was great I felt that Kelly tended to all of my needs and was always available and ready to answer any questions and concerns. Place was very nice well kept and clean.
