The home uses solar with a battery backup, and the garage has exterior 110v plugs for electric vehicle charging. We also have mini-split heating and AC units installed in each room so you can control the cooling or heating. Note: The units must all run in the same mode (ie cooling or heating.) We also have a whole house heater which runs on propane. There is NO whole house AC.

"Rejuvenate at Riversong Retreat"

Welcome to Riversong Retreat! Nested at the end of the road, in a quiet forest of Cedar and Pine, with some of the best fishing on Lake Almanor within walking distance of the house. The house is located in the little community of Hamilton Branch. The river flows right past the house into Lake Almanor. There is Four different levels of living space. The house is a short 30 mile drive to Lassen Volcano National Park. Take the hike to the top of a volcano for a great view.
