Lake Almanor is an aquatic paradise with water sports, fishing, beautiful nature trails, amazing mountain views and breathtaking sunsets from your deck or the beach. The home has its own dock, buoy and hot tub. You have access to a boat launch, 9 hole golf course, beach, recreation center, restaurant and sports courts at Lake Almanor West Country Club which is a short walk away.

Swallows Nest

Welcome to the Swallows Nest. Your home base during your time of fun and adventure in the Lake Almanor basin. The home uses solar with a battery backup, and the garage has exterior 110v plugs for electric vehicle charging. We also have mini-split heating and AC units installed in each room so you can control the cooling or heating. Note: The units must all run in the same mode (ie cooling or heating.) We also have a whole house heater which runs on propane. There is NO whole house AC.

This 2 bedroom cottage is located above our garage. It's peaceful and quiet in our neighborhood. We offer 2 brand new beds and cozy bedding. The view at night is amazing. Sometimes it appears that you can touch the stars. The kitchen is fully stocked and if you need something extra just let us know. The best part is our location we are close to everything. Welcome to Riversong Retreat! Nested at the end of the road, in a quiet forest of Cedar and Pine, with some of the best fishing on Lake Almanor within walking distance of the house. The house is located in the little community of Hamilton Branch. The river flows right past the house into Lake Almanor. There is Four different levels of living space. The house is a short 30 mile drive to Lassen Volcano National Park. Take the hike to the top of a volcano for a great view.
