Loft in the studio This stylish, cosy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy here. Get up close and personal with the artist Etienne, who paints on the ground floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is breathtaking. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden, including the pond and barbecue area.

The vacation home "Strickerl" is located in one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the world, in the Salzkammergut. We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. With its 90 square metres, it offers space for up to 6 people and is the perfect retreat for your holiday.<br><br>The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a comfortable sofa bed and two double beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired and offers, in addition to a fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, an induction hob, oven and coffee machine.

300-year-old alpine jewel in an absolutely secluded location

In the middle of the mountain landscape of the Enns Valley stands the lovingly restored alpine hut in an absolutely secluded location. Despite its seclusion, it can be reached by car in just 10 minutes from Liezen and 45 minutes from Schladming. With the spacious bathroom and 3 rooms (1x double bedroom and 1x double bedroom with 1x single bedroom with crib), it offers all the amenities you could wish for. TV, Wi-Fi, hot water, wall and floor heating, as well as a kitchen are ready for you.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. lovely cottage in the Pyhrn - Priel area

The lovely Sonnreith cabin is located in the mountain village of Spital/Pyhrn on the sunny slope with some neighboring houses. It is newly furnished and has a living area of 34 m² - many loving details were made by hand - very cozy. A fireplace and infrared heating provide pleasant warmth. There is underfloor heating in the anteroom and bathroom. The cabin is in a quiet, beautiful panoramic location. Hiking trails and the mountain bike trail are nearby (100 meters)

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
