My property is located on the edge of the forest in a quasi-secluded location on the edge of the Kalkalpen National Park near the Höss and Wurzeralm ski resorts as well as in the midst of the most beautiful hiking routes. You'll love the views, the location, and the surroundings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids. A wealth of leisure activities as well as a gourmet restaurant in the village offer something for every taste.

Despite its seclusion, it can be reached by car in just 10 minutes from Liezen and 45 minutes from Schladming. With the spacious bathroom and 3 rooms (1x double bedroom and 1x double bedroom with 1x single bedroom with crib), it offers all the amenities you could wish for. TV, Wi-Fi, hot water, wall and floor heating, as well as a kitchen are ready for you.

There is underfloor heating in the anteroom and bathroom. The cabin is in a quiet, beautiful panoramic location. Hiking trails and the mountain bike trail are nearby (100 meters)

Our cottage is located just a little off the nearest traffic routes (street, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to unwind! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Shopping in the district capital of Liezen (12 km), numerous hikes of all levels of difficulty in summer and ski tours, snowshoeing and skiing in winter. Interesting sights: Strechau Castle, Admont Abbey, Formula 1 Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, well-known ski resorts, Gesäuse National Park. The state capital of Graz can be reached in an hour.

You will stay with us on the second floor of our house. You have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. The apartment (103 m²) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and toilet. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.
