Excellent location, features. Towels and sheets are appreciated. The garage is a luxury. We hope to return as it is super central for our visits.

Felipe's place is amazing. The view from the balcony and roof terrace is spectacular and the neighbourhood of Providencia is very safe. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. I would return here if I come back to Santiago

We love the stay, we stayed 1 week, the location great, many surrounding attractions, next to the Costanera Center, safe neighborhood easy to walk, nearby subway. The apartment is very cozy, has all the necessary utensils and a little more. Ana always served us promptly. We love the city and will definitely be back !!!

The apartment looks like a hotel suite, it's perfect for spending a few days there. There were a lot of things available, it was very nice. (Coffee, water, towels…) The rooftop with pool offers amazing views of the whole city! The only downside of my stay was not being able to use the laundromat in the building because you have to be Chilean to use the app.

The apartment is impeccable, very clean and modern, I recommend it 100%. It has a coffee maker, hair dryer, kitchenware, books, a desk, in a word it's spectacular. Ivonne was very clear with the directions and always attentive to respond to our messages. The apt has all the amenities, we were very short time but it was worth it. The location was super good for us to walk back from the National Stadium.

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, clean and super equipped. The most important thing is the attention of Maria Gloria. I communicate with us without problems. We provide all the necessary information to be able to manage us. When we arrived at the dpto we found it as if a friend left us his house. Just excellent!

Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in a depto de Sergio and through him I reached this depto. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very accommodating. The depto. is very well located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Parque Arauco. It is at an important junction of Santiago and with excellent arteries to move around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everyone is spotless (the appliances: coffee machine, electric pava, toaster, hair dryer, etc are in perfect condition). The environments are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is a wonder!!!! Definitely a place to come back.
