Holiday rentals with lake access in Latin America

The house was very comfy, we felt at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook home made meals. Neighbors were friendly. Great location. Definitely would come back again.

Review: Our stay at the lake house on Lake Blackshear was nothing short of incredible! My family and I traveled 12 hours to spend Thanksgiving with my father-in-law, and this home provided the perfect setting for a truly memorable holiday. The views were absolutely breathtaking—watching the sunrise and sunset from the porch quickly became our favorite part of the day. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. We spent our days fishing and relaxing by the water, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. It was exactly what we needed to unwind and reconnect as a family. The host clearly put a lot of thought into making the home welcoming and enjoyable for guests. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with stunning views and everything you need to relax, this lake house is the perfect choice. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful place, would definitely stay again. And the host communicated well the expectations. With the recent rain Brownwood had, they let us know the boat dock was still usable, but some of the path to the dock had standing water to walk through. They were more than willing to reschedule our stay if it wasn't going to meet our expectations.

Second time renting from this host. The house was spacious, clean, and such a nice place to relax! We enjoyed the dock access, and the spacious yard!

Carol and Scott are always great hosts. We will continue to stay with them when we are up that way.

Great space with a great location!

This place has the most beautiful view of the lake! It was big enough for our family of 10. We were in town for a wedding at Iron Horse Manor and it was super easy 3 minute drive to the venue! We will definitely be coming back especially when the weather is warmer. Ron was a great host! He met us at the house and explained everything! We had everything we needed and more! We actually wished we had rented it for one more day! Definitely a 5 star on this property and the host!

Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

This was the most amazing trip we’ve taken to date and having a great place to rest our heads was super important. The apartment had everything we needed and even extras! Cheryl was an amazing hostess from her quick response time to helping me create a birthday surprise for my fiance. Her and Tod were delightful the few times we saw each other. They have a stack of menus for local businesses in the nightstand which helped us find our new favorite place for when we stay again! The apartment was neat, clean and despite it being Florida, we didn’t see any buggies inside. The outside portion had so many nice places to sit, we loved every second of enjoying the outdoors in the various sitting areas. We just had an amazing time and we can’t wait to stay again. The space is beautiful and i don’t know if i can say enough to really explain just how much we enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing this space Cheryl and Tod!

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

We needed a spot for the night due to booking complications with another Airbnb. Chuck’s spot was perfect, the help from his team was top notch. Very informative and helpful! Beautiful spot near the lake and not too far from a small town

El apartamento tiene una vista ESPECTACULAR, lo mejor que tiene salida privada al lago donde puedes tomar algo mientras aprecias todo el panorama. Florencia me dió un cálido recibimiento, y me ofreció guardar mis maletas y quedarme un momento en otro apartamento , ya que venía trasnochado y sin dormir. Realmente la experiencia que me llevo fue buenisima, mucha amabilidad y empatía. Definitivamente volvería!!!

This place was amazing and not far from anything. Place was clean, private, very peaceful. The bed was to die for and like sleeping on a cloud. Definitely a gem to be had whether visiting Disney or diving the lower springs. Restaurants were very close by. Courtney was an amazing host and an amazing place

We enjoyed staying at Lesley's apt. She and Steven were very friendly and made us feel right at home. It's a very cute place, right on the lake. The lake is beautiful and the sunsets off the dock were amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and the king size bed was very comfortable. The shower was quite small but sufficient. They've done a great job making it nice and comfortable.

Beautiful venue for my intimate wedding elopement. Alisha allowing me to take photos with the horses was a magical addition to my perfect big day. Lovely place to stay as always.

We were only here for 1 night before flying out of Sanford Airport. After checking in and seeing the beautiful view I wish we were staying longer. The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of towels for everyone the bathroom. There were 5 of us and plenty of space to sleep. I will keep this place in mind for future trips into and out of Sanford AirPort.

AMAZING. Great hosts, great place! I stayed here by myself and it was heaven on earth. I am a nature lover and this exceeded my expectations. The house & the property are stunning. The house is a lovely mix of tasteful tropical & Victorian decor. The outside is like being in the garden of Eden. So private & peaceful. I was able to meet manatees my first evening taking the kayak out; they were as interested in me as I was in them and came all around me and the baby came up to say hi. It was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had. It was just me and the manatees not another human in sight. The next morning I paddled out again and saw otters playing. I saw turtles, lizards, many beautiful birds, including green heron, great blue heron, and an owl. Coffee in the morning on the patio & a fire at night under the canopy of trees. Close to so much to do- springs, beach, nature parks, but by far the best was being able to paddle pretty much out the back door. I’m so glad I stayed here!!!

What a lovely little house! We brought our 2 kids, and the layout was great. Loved the sleeping porch, the location to the water, and the s'mores supplies at the ready. Tawnya and Jay sent us so many great recommendations in the area and were very responsive if we had any questions. Our faves from the weekend were The Gristmill, Gruene Hall and The Freiheit Country Store - great live music & atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back again!

This was our second time staying at the Lake Cottage. My husband and I loved it so much the first time around, that we wanted to come back for our 10th Anniversary! Highly recommend!! This place meets our expectations everytime and is so peaceful and relaxing. Great place to unwind and getaway. The views here are beautiful, and Diane is an awesome superhost! She's friendly, and attentive to all the needs for your stay to be perfect. The Coastal/Cottage decor really makes the place stand out. it's cute and makes for a relaxing vibe! Will definitely be future stays! This has easily become a favorite spot of ours😉
