Holiday rentals with a patio in Latin America

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here for a week. Place was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. This place is right outside Downtown Sarasota and only about 15 minutes from Siesta Keys. Lisa was a great host. If ever back in Sarasota we would definitely stay here again.

The location is walking distance to so many restaurants downtown! Pool is beautiful and refreshing. This is our second stay at Bold Lofts and would highly recommend!

A beautiful place, the attention of Andrés super friendly all the time, attentive to what you may need, super quiet the environment, very comfortable, clean and with very nice energy, I recommend it 100%, a plus is that you can have breakfast on the balcony and around you go to see squirrels and birds all the time, incredible, I loved it.

Five stars for everything. This is the perfect apartment to stay in, in Buenos Aires. In the heart of the beautiful neighbourhood, Palermo Soho, you’re in the heart of the city with hundreds of bars, coffee shops and restaurants to choose from. We played a lot of Padel at Costa Rica gym y tenis, which is just around the corner. We had everything we needed. Great value! I could go on!!

Greatest host ever! This was our second time staying at this Airbnb. Phenomenal communication, extremely helpful, and Karla went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This is our favorite Airbnb on the island.

Before we begin with the property, let's start with the host. Edwin is the consummate ambassador for staying in an airbnb property. i have never encountered a host who genuinely cared about my stay, how i felt about his property and my comfort therein. our conversation started via messaging a week Before I actually booked his property. every question I that I asked was answered promptly and 100% honestly. i know that airbnb imposes requirements upon owners.Well, let me tell you edwin Ticks all of the boxes. now for the property: it's located in a gated community with 24 hour security. You have double E-combo locks on his property. fantastic living space, a media room that I have never encountered in the DR. kitchen adequately stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Plenty of bathrooms Three bedrooms and the master has a balcony with a sitting area and a heated jacuzzi to die for! this guy did it right! and subsequently, I just rebooked this property for another stay!

Claudia's place was a perfect home away from home. Our company was in town to do some work and Claudia's place was perfect for our needs. Easy to find, a ton of parking (including a lot across the street), and a beautifully renovated and clean space. Claudia was flexible with our dates and responsive to any and all questions we had!

This was our first time visiting Austin, and John's place was perfect for our daily city tours. It was near great bars, great food, and wonderful sights. The place was perfect for the two of us; it was very walkable and quiet. I would recommend it!!! The bed was super cozy!

Very clean, looked just like the photos, great for the price, close to our destination, had a starter set of necessities. Will definitely stay again. In today’s economy everything is over priced. This was a very affordable, clean, peaceful rental.

This place is truly a Gem, there are so many positive things I could list but not enough characters do to so. To start it's super Spacious and airy, the view is BREATHTAKING. The pool, and the pool area were super clean and perfect for unwinding. If your looking to relax away from crowds and noise, this place is perfect. It has everything you would need, it's super clean and well maintained. The host was amazing, and his team at the facilities were just as great. At one point I dropped a ring and it fell between the elevator and the door, down the elevator shaft and the next morning Giovanni had one of the maintenance guys help retrieve the ring, as I said this host is amazing. Thank you Gio!

An absolutely perfect place to stay. I loved the quick walk to the beach, and the condo was adorable!

Whether you are standing in the kitchen or the balcony, you have amazing views of the Gulf!!! Host provides everything you would need for an amazing stay - beach towels, tennis rackets, pool inflatables, and a well equipped kitchen. Plus a big comfy couch and TV in the living room. November is definitely the time to go to SPI - perfect weather and not crowded. Saida offers everything - 3 swimming pools, beach access, and 4 tennis courts. Wonderful stay!

Our family had a wonderful week long stay at Susan’s condo. She supplied everything we needed for great beach days and the pool was clean and warm! It is within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and ice cream spots. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, yet fun place to stay in Bonita!
