An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. Located in the heart of a village on the edge of the garrigues, close to the Pont du Gard (15 minutes from Nîmes Pont du Gard TGV station, 20 minutes from the Arènes de Nîmes, 25 minutes from Uzès, 45 minutes from the Camargue and beaches). Access to the owners' pool from early May to late September.

In front of the terrace, in its green setting, a 2-seater Jacuzzi strictly reserved for our cottage guests. And, of course, plancha available poolside.

Not far from Avignon, Nîmes, the Camargue, the sea or the Cévennes, the place is conveniently located for exploring the region. In our very typical village of St Quentin la Poterie, all shops, you will fall in love with the creations of potters, restaurants, the farmers' market on Tuesdays and the authentic Provencal market on Fridays in a southern atmosphere.

The 100 m2 independent design loft opens onto a large living space consisting of a living room, open kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and a mezzanine upstairs. The living room has a large leather sofa, an armchair and a flat-screen TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a central island. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sink, washing machine and toilet. Both bedrooms have a 160 bed and a closet.

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
