Holiday rentals with beach access in Lavra

We stayed with our two young children and enjoyed the beach on the doorstep with easy access to Porto town. Would recommend!

Nice apartment with all the comforts. Super location, walking distance to the ocean but also not far from the heart of Porto with the beautiful st Luiz bridge. Good base to discover Porto. Gi responds quickly and is helpful. We had a great time, definitely recommended

Beautiful location. Very spacious apartment. Everything we needed was there. Very friendly hosts. We had a lovely month with no problems. Can't fault it.

The apartment with beautiful roof terrace is really close to the beach. It is excellently equipped and offers plenty of space. The communication with Caroline is pleasant, she responds very quickly. A car is necessary for shopping and good restaurants. We felt very comfortable.

Great stay, location was perfect for what we wanted. 1.5 hour walk along the river to Porto. Bus and Tram also easily accessible. Views to the sea and only a 3 minute stroll to the beach.

Good reception and price quality ok, we didn't come for vacation but to work, so ok

We spent a nice week in Leça. Nuno’s appartment is perfect for a family, close to the beach (100m away from the building!), and easy to reach Porto downtown. Everything is available in the flat, the small supermarket at 10min by walk, and several shops around. I recommand it.

Small house tastefully arranged, and fully equipped. A little something from the host is waiting for you in the kitchen. Its location is ideal for access between the beach, the old town, the surfing and fishing spot of Matosinhos. The neighborhood is quiet but everything is there, supermarket, bars, tearooms, restaurants... There is nothing missing for a great stay. Small downside however due to the humidity and its small smell in the downstairs room, other than that everything is great. We will gladly come back hoping to have better weather and be able to enjoy the small private terrace more fully.

We are absolutely impressed with the warmth and hospitality of Jorge and Susana! We stayed for 2 weeks and felt completely comfortable! It was spotlessly clean and cozy furnished and lovingly decorated. The bed was so comfy! Jorge and Susana were always available and even left us a few treats on arrival and during the stay. It was also great that we had a separate in the courtyard completely to ourselves. For our two dogs totally great, as they could lie in the sun all day when we were working without having to be afraid that they could run away. In 5 minutes you can walk directly to the huge sandy beach. It was fantastic and we also quickly took the neighbors to heart. Sincere thanks for the great time! We will be back!

Luciano’s place was perfect for our family while we spent a few days visiting family. We have younger kids and it was nice to be so close to plenty of public green space to be able to run and play.

We were very well received. José is attentive and responds very quickly. The place was clean and spacious for 11 people 🙂

But what a gem! 30 meters from the beach! Almost your feet in the sand . Wonderful terrace. Quiet place closest to the ocean . Car parking in front of the accommodation is ultra convenient (in the middle season anyway ). Very beautiful and neat decor. All the comforts you need and spacious for 5 people. Bedding for the two very comfortable bedrooms! 10/10 We couldn't have found any better. We leave delighted and address to keep in mind .

We had a lovely stay at Joshua's house. The house is functional. We enjoyed the outdoors and the kids were happy to have pets in the garden. Joshua's parents, whom we meet every day, were very nice and discreet. A big thank you for our stay, as well as for the little pony ride!

Fantastic host, would definitely recommend

The house is very nice and comfortable, full of light and exactly as in the pictures. It is also nice to have a space outside to seat down and relax in the sun. The position is great, steps from the beach in a quite residential area but also close to the city center which can be reached in 20/30 minutes with the bus. Ruben is a very welcoming host always eager to help. Communications with him were always smooth and he was so nice to offer us a late check out. We absolutely loved our stay here!

The apartment is perfect for a couple or family with small children, for four adults it would be small. It has a good terrace and is right on the beachfront although you can only see the sea down a corner of the terrace. Very quiet and pleasant place with a spectacular beach with restaurants and shops around. The communication with the host was perfect and flexible. We were late and the host was waiting for us all the time. Apartment of 10

Luis's apartment is in the ideal location for experiencing all Porto has to offer. Since we had a rental car, it was a relief to be able to easily park it during our stay. There were only two of us, but there was plenty of room for more people. We picked it for the view and location. And the view is magnificent! Highly recommend.

Jon and Friederieke were wonderful hosts. They responded in a timely manner and were super helpful. The chocolates on our bed the complimentary drinks was a nice touch for us wear travellers. The apartment was well situated with easy access to the beach, pastry and coffee shops as well as a grocery store. It was a wonderful way to start our vacation. Fantastic location for exploring Porto and Gaia . Lovely view from apartment . Responsive hosts . Beautiful city !

I was pleasantly pleased how quiet yet centrally located the apartment is. Very safe, easily walkable and convenient location. While there are many cafes and restaurants to choose from, I opted to cook many of my meals primarily because the apartment was well equipped with kitchen and stove top appliances. Highly recommend

Beautiful, massive unit with tonnes of amazing natural light and ocean views. Very comfortable bed and living areas which were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Big kitchen with everything you could need for a meal any size. Ample parking for your vehicle right outside the entrance door. While Gaia and this location in particular is not “Porto” we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we were visiting. The drive from here to the porto old town and city centre can be done in under 15 minutes snd it’s very easy to come and go. This location feels so much less stressful than the busy, tough to navigate streets of Porto. Tonnes of restaurants and a grocery story within a walk or drive, great ocean walk right out front of the door.

We had a great time at Adriano's house, who is a attentive and very helpful host. We sincerely thank him for being so available to help us. In addition, the apartment is both modern, very pleasant and held impeccably! The beach is a stone's throw away, all the conditions are there for a great vacation: we recommend it!!

This place was perfect for our stay. We had a tough time finding this place, roads are very different from where we live. Andrea was great, she met us hopped in the car with us and directed to the place. Wish we had more time to explore the area. Beautiful location, near the water with lots to do. We took the 20 minute bus ride to downtown Porto however opted to take a Bolt back. Highly recommend you to stay at Andrea’s and Ricardo’s place when visiting Porto!
