This charming accommodation is close to the town center of Folgoët and Lesneven (800 m from the city center), 12 minutes from Keremma beach. A large supermarket and various shops are close by. It consists of a 14 m² bedroom with a dressing room, sink and shower and a kitchen-WC room and small living room. You have access to the house's closed parking lot, as well as the garden and wooden terrace. The space is completely independent of the house.

You can enjoy the owners' large garden, where a few chickens live. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Small townhouse close to the pretty city center, with its supermarket, bars and shops. The house is located on a small one-way street, very quiet, and next to a beautiful public garden as well as the former Ursulines convent. The house is conveniently placed between land and sea. The nearest beaches are a 10 min drive, the beautiful countryside with its woods surrounds the city. Brest is 30 min away, the airport is 19 min away.
