Access and departure possible by kayak or small boat from the house (not provided). Perfect for exploring Martinique from a central location and discovering village life. A unique experience!

Ce bungalow paisible offre un séjour détente pour des amoureux ou toute une petite famille. Idéalement situé au François, proche de la mer que l'on peut voir de la terrasse et des îlets, il vous rapproche autant des plages du Sud, que des balades dans le Nord. La piscine vous permettra de vous détendre dans un endroit calme et ventilé sans odeurs de sargasses, entouré d'arbres fruitiers. Cependant aucun évènement ni regroupement n'est accepté.

Decorated in a cozy and modern atmosphere, while retaining the Creole spirit, it has many amenities.

Villa Amara 3 is a brand new and very spacious luxury villa. Located on top of a hill in the Domaine d'Amara, the 180° view of the Caribbean Sea is incredible. The villa built in 2025 is very large (500 m2) with a huge terrace of 200 m2 and an infinity pool of 11 m x 4 m from which you can see the sunset over the sea every evening! The tastefully furnished, modern and functional villa includes 4 large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
