Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

The Eagle's Nest

Ambiance petit chalet, avec tout le confort nécessaire en se sentant proche de la nature. Draps, couverture et serviettes fournis sur demande (10€ en supplément) Les réservations sont essentiellement prises pour la semaine ou le week-end (excepté lors des vacances scolaires, seule la semaine sera privilégiée), rares seront les séjours pour quelques jours. N'hésitez pas à demander plus de détails. Le ménage n'est pas inclus, 40 euros en supplément à la fin du séjour s’il n’est pas réalisé .

The shelter

Very cosy studio apartment in the centre of Murat. Fully renovated, cute, well equipped and ideally located, you'll love it! Winter: 10 minutes from the slopes of Le Lioran and Prat de Bouc, accessible by train or car. Snowshoeing, cross-country & alpine skiing, ice rink, truffade, aligot... The rest of the time: hundreds of hiking trails, legendary passes to climb by bike, zero mosquitoes, the most beautiful cows in the country, truffade, aligot... 🙂 Come, it'll be great!

L'Oustalou Gîte in 12600 Lugat Quiet Authentic

Old farmhouse on 3 levels in a duplex style. Entrance to a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a fireplace. On the first floor, there is an open-plan bedroom and a bathroom. From there, there is a ladder to the mezzanine, which can accommodate 2 people, with futon-style beds on a wooden floor. This cottage is adjacent to a residential house dating from 1826. If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.

In the "Le Griou" residence, this perfectly located accommodation offers direct access to the plain and the ski slopes. We are in the heart of the ski resort "Le Lioran" at an altitude of 1255 m. Several small shops are at your disposal. Everything is within walking distance. You have everything you need to rent equipment, to buy your package, etc. Parking is available in front of the residence.
