Ideal for hikers, the cottage is on the GR400 (Tour des Monts du Cantal) and on Via Arverna (Chemin de Compostela). There is another gite with independent entrance upstairs. The hamlet is on the side of the mountain, the cottage is semi-buried and has a glass door and 2 small windows.

Studio of 24 m2, located in the Sumène residence (top floor), full of resort (departure from the slopes at the foot of the tower. Cable car, ski lifts , ski touring departure, snowshoes, etc.). 2 elevators, shops, restaurants, under the residence. (access to bread and croissants from the inside!) The studio is fully equipped for 4 people. Linens and linen is not included in the price. Ability to provide them to you at extra cost (see option to follow)

Private chalet in the heart of the resort

Individual chalet with a capacity of 10/12 people will allow you to spend friendly moments with family or friends. The accommodation is close to the Rocher du Cerf blue trail, GR400 hiking trails leading to the peaks of the Cantalian volcano. It offers 3 bedrooms and a dormitory under the roof. During the beautiful days you can enjoy the sun thanks to the terrace located on the side of the cottage, to eat outside or simply contemplate the mountains.

Cozy 32 m2 duplex, refurbished, in a quiet residence, located 200 m from the Masseboeuf ski lifts. Beautiful mountain views. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, induction stove, raclette machine, TV and hair dryer. Walk-in shower. Linens are not provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) No cleaning fee, but you must do it before you leave.

Montagnard Studio 4 people

Pleasant Montagnard studio of 20 m2 for 4 people, renovated in 2022. A ski locker is available and secure. We work in collaboration with a concierge who will welcome you on arrival and do an inventory upon your departure. Located at the foot of Le Lioran train station, a ski lift, a free shuttle and necessary amenities within a 10-minute walk of the property. Bed linen and towels not provided.
