It is equipped with a wood-burning stove. On site, free tennis, swimming pool, petanque court, nature walk, around the Malzieu lake… It has a private garden with lounge and barbecue and an exceptional view of nature.

In North Lozère, 4 km from the A75 (exit 33 Malzieu-Ville), located between the Margeride and Aubrac, nature lovers and motorcyclists will be delighted. Come and enjoy a pleasant stay in a fully equipped 18 m² space with parking right in front of the accommodation: 1 kitchen/living room with sofa convertible into an extra bed 120 x 190 (for 2 children or 1 pre-teen); 1 bedroom for 2 adults; 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. Beyond 2 people, a surcharge of €10 is requested per person.

This accommodation is located in a former factory rehabilitated as a race car preparation workshop. The price is promotional because the work is not yet finished outside. Nevertheless, this accommodation is fully equipped and ready for use for the night or stay. Unfortunately not suitable for people with limited mobility as access is by stairs.
