We stayed with Katy for 2 months and had no issues. It was a great value for money. Very well located for lovers of kitesurfing and windsurfing (approx 5 kms from Pointe Faula). A car is needed to get around. Very quiet, the accommodation in Katy is located on a family plot and the neighbors are Katy's brother and parents and are very friendly.

Mildred and Leo are very kind and welcoming hosts, full of good suggestions and always available when needed. They are easily reachable and it is very pleasant. Impeccable accommodation, faithful to the photos and very well placed in Fort de France. The place is quiet and welcoming. I would highly recommend it!

Very nice apartment, good location, quiet, beautiful sea view, close to the beach. Haita is very welcoming, very good communication. A great place for your work or leisure stays!

Excellent stay at Monique. Very comfortable and well-equipped accommodation, large terrace with a view . Monique is very responsive and cares about the well-being of her guests. We recommend this place, perfect for cruising the south of the island.

Honestly, this is my second time here, and I'm even more thrilled than the first one! The first time, everything went great, but it was definitely better. I really felt like I was at home: the place is quiet, clean, pleasant... perfect for settling in. And Chris is adorable, always kind and available. Honestly, nothing to say, I had a great time. House ideally located slightly in the heights. Beautiful exteriors, very nice pool after the salty swims of the day and convenient and thoughtfully appointed studio. Loved our stay here!

Wonderful stay at Fabrice's place, very clean and all the amenities required (there is more available than listed). The pool was delightful, a lovely relaxing 12night stay. Very hospitable and friendly host. Was a great place to stay and I hope to return. Easily accessible bus service to beach and town (walkable if you like a little hike). I speak little french but Fabrice went above and beyond accommodating my needs, which I hugely appreciated. Thank You, will definitely return. Maybe for longer next time 🤩

A great stay in a beautiful setting, the apartment was very nice with exceptional views with swimming pool. The hammock break is a sweet moment. Thanks to Thierry for his welcome, availability and information, our stay was too short but we'll come back here even because it's a very warm place.

Yann is a very nice person. His father and he have done me many services. I will take over the same rental during my next stay in Ste Luce. A car is essential because located in the countryside in a very quiet place .2 Km from the beaches. No parking problem. Recommended stay without hesitation

Isabelle was quick to answer our questions and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside and it has nothing to do with the listing or the host, it's the noise of motorcycles on the road.

The accommodation is very spacious and bright, it offers a beautiful unobstructed view. It was very clean, functional and included everything you need. Alain is a charming and very nice host, he took the time to chat with us, about things to see and do, on numerous occasions. He made us taste the fruits of his garden: oranges, tangerines... The accommodation is well located for visiting the south of the island. We recommend this listing.

Everything was perfect! Very good location to visit the whole island with a car. Very nice villa, very comfortable, very clean, nothing is missing. Air conditioning and screens are a plus. Very nice hot tub when you get home from the day tours. Dominique makes himself available for any requests . Go there without so much as a second thought!!

We had a great time thanks to Stéphane and Celine on site. Small mess at the start to reach and access the accommodation due to capricious weather. Once there, the house is awesome. Divided into several small independent studios for 10 people with a large communal living room. Ideally located a few minutes from Le Marin. Amenities are as described. The pool is a pure marvel. We enjoyed ourselves and took full advantage of the villa. I recommend.

Wow!!! … well, I can't express with words how amazing this stay in this beautiful house was for me and my family… absolutely everything you need, like at home, the spectacular view, so spacious and perfectly equipped, our hosts thought of everything… from hammock in the evening to crickets singing, morning swimming, beautiful sunrise and a small sports session, passing a delicious family dinner on the terrace to watch a spectacular sunset, not to mention masks, snorkels, coolers for the beach, games, books, a barbecue by the pool, and the list is long… I really couldn't have dreamed better… just perfect! ❤️… so when – not if! … I'll go back to Martinique, this is the place I would love to go back… your house is exceptional and I hope everyone who stays there will treat it with the utmost respect. The accommodation is very functional with a superb terrace and all the necessary equipment. The accommodation is clean and comfortable even if some rooms could be renovated. Perfect accommodation, very well equipped whether it is the kitchen, the snorkeling equipment put at your disposal etc. You will also find a lot of documentation on Martinique! The terraces and garden are great for enjoying the outdoors, super well appointed. If it's the season you can even have the pleasure of picking caramboles for breakfast in the garden.
