"Les Acacias" studio

Bright, new (2023) independent studio, 40 m2, on the ground floor of our house, with direct access via an external staircase. Parking nearby. Close to the center of Le Monastier and its shops, and at the start of the Stevenson Trail. Private and communal bike garage adjoining free access for horses or donkeys. Located near Le Puy-en-Velay, departure from Saint Jacques de Compostelle, and the Les Estables resort (Nature activities, lugipark, skiing in winter).

Gîte in the Livradois park accommodates 2 to 4 people in a green and quiet setting. Its location will allow you, according to your desires: to hike on site on foot or by bike, fishing,… it is 15 minutes from Ambert. This house combines stone and wood to bring you maximum comfort. Fully equipped cottage; Ground floor: living room with equipped kitchen. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 and 1 bed of 110 1 ensuite bathroom with shower cabin and toilet.

Near the nautical base of Aurec sur Loire , 30 minutes from Saint-Étienne and 1 hour from Le Puy en velay . Peaceful place, St Jacques de Compostelle, Historic place to visit like the Chateau d 'Essalois, Exceptional hike. Our cottage, located in the former farmhouse of the Laspras mill, offers an enchanting setting, nestled in the heart of nature. This former mill is bordered by the Gluèyre, a small river with fresh and clear waters, conducive to relaxation and contemplation. The farm "Les Murmures de la Source", 3 km from Chambon-sur-Lignon, offers an authentic and peaceful setting, perfect for holidays for families or friends. Accommodating 8 people, this spacious home combines rustic charm and modern comforts. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large bright living room, and a large natural terrain, it is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the many activities in the area. A peaceful harbor in the heart of nature!

This unique place is close to all the sights and amenities, making it easy to plan your visit. Close to the departures of Santiago de Compostela and Stevenson. In the city (5 minutes from Le Puy city center by car, 2 minutes from the shopping center) while being in the countryside. Large heated pool ( from mid or late May when weather permits and until September 25th)(and shared) and spa, boules and football field. Can't wait to meet!!!

Spacious, bright and warm apartment! Great for those looking for a peaceful place. It is located on the outskirts of the small town of Tence. This home is fully equipped. You'll find two beds. A 160x200 bed and a new sofa bed (sheets and towels at extra cost). A 50m² terrace with SPA (summer season) will allow you to enjoy the magnificent view overlooking the river Lignon.
