The apartment, very bright and offering a lot of comfort, is located close to all the shops of this wonderful historic place, often described as a village within a town. It is a 10-minute walk to the hyper-center, a stone's throw from the banks of the Maine and very close by car to the main roads. The tram is within a 5-min walk. The apartment is refurbished and perfectly soundproofed for your comfort. All you have to do is unpack your bags!

It's a family duplex used by our children during the university year. My spacious 3 bedroom flat has everything you need for your trip in Angers. On the first floor ( set above street level ), I'm offering one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with a dining and living area, wifi and washer/dryer. And on the second, there are the 2 other bedrooms, 1 toilet and a bathroom Being at a walking distance of both the train station and the town center, it also has its own private parking spot.
