NICE HOUSE NEAR RADE DE BREST

A short distance from the city of Brest, stay in a nice house ideally located in the harbor of Brest Finistere visit and enjoy activities such as water, swimming and hiking on the coastal paths. The airport is 8 km and the train station 6 km. The town of Relecq Kerhuon is also very well served by expressways RN RN 165 AND 12. The recently renovated house is equipped to accommodate 4 people. It has an enclosed garden and is situated in a popular and close to shops and large surface area. The beach is within walking distance as is the Spadium park, swimming pool and leisure pool complex, the marina and Oceanopolis. The GR 34 passes the house. Ground floor: living room with kitchen Bathroom with tub - separate toilet storage room Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190 (new mattress) 1 bedroom with bunk beds and trundle bed (baby equipment possibility bed - high chair) Sheets and towels provided Outside: garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, swing kids Soon in Britain for its traditions, its folklore and its coastline.
