Ideal for a business trip or vacation, this (air-conditioned) accommodation is located: - 15 min from Montélimar - 25 min drive to reach the Cruas and Tricastin nuclear power plants - Between 30 minutes and an hour to get to the main tourist places in Ardèche and Drôme - The yard is shared with the owner - The furniture, kitchen utensils and the house in general are not brand new (currently under renovation) but everything is functional and clean
