This tidy and convenient flat has a large terrace, private entrance and plenty of parking. From our quiet, sun filled valley you can drive to many fantastic nearby sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe. Use this as your base to enjoy local walking, biking, SUP, surf, kite, food & beer. The accommodation is open plan styled in a modern yet comfortable way. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

Close to Bantham Beach, Bigbury-on-Sea, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, this fully-equipped high quality Shepherd Hut is set in a tranquil location with stunning views across to Dartmoor. Totally refitted last year, as well as the private hot tub adjacent to The Hut, there is a large outdoor wooden gazebo, offering perfect places to enjoy sunsets or starry skies. The Hut is ideally situated in South Devon and offers a peaceful rural retreat with close proximity to many Devon beaches and towns.

This charming 19th century Old School House is centrally located, a few mins walk to the quay and a short drive to numerous beaches. You will have the entire ground floor of the Old School House with your own access. The accommodation consists of a main living room/bedroom with double bed, sofa bed & TV, a dining area with fridge, microwave, toaster and dining table overlooking secluded private garden. The "snug" room has a sofa and TV. There is also a shower room with sink and toilet.
