Until 1965, the "Eilser Minchen" was parked in the hall built in 1919. Since summer 2022, the apartment has had a 140 cm wide box spring bed, a 63-inch smart TV, free Wi-Fi, a walk-in shower in the modern bathroom, as well as a parking space right outside the door. All major destinations in the city center are within walking distance.

The accommodation is located directly on the circular path around the Steinhuder Meer. A public access to the lake is 400m away. Here you can get started with our SUPs. With our bikes you can reach Steinhude in 15 minutes. There is enough space for 2 adults and 1-2 children.

The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away as well as a large Chinese restaurant. Free parking is available on the property for our guests.
