The cottage is 30 sqm with a small bedroom (two beds), bathroom, living room with sofa bed, table and two chairs, as well as a mini kitchen. There is a small loft over the bedroom. Between sleeping and living rooms there is a sliding door. The living room has big windows with slatted curtains and a door to a terrace. On the terrace there is outdoor furniture and an umbrella. In the living room there is an air heat pump with A/C. 20 meters to the beach. The kitchen has an induction stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and electric kettle. The host couple live in the house next door.

Air heat pump that regulates the temperature in the house, and floor heating. The residence is 50 meters from a low-traffic road. You have 1.5 km to restaurants in Tällberg, and 500 meters to Siljan. There are nice walking paths in the forest, along Siljan.

Here you can both enjoy fantastic views on the lakeside balcony and activate yourself in the fully equipped gym that is also available at this Dalarna farm. From Lundgården, you can reach many of Dalarna's top tourist destinations within an hour, such as Carl Larsson-gården, Zorngården, Tomteland, Leksand sommarland and Dalhalla. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that sounds from the nearby gym may be heard in one of the bedrooms. Free gym for you as a tenant. This charming log house near Dalälven is rented out for you who want to celebrate the holiday in a quiet and cozy place. The house has all possible amenities: Large terrace in both south-facing and towards the evening sun. Open fireplace, sauna, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 toilets, shower, 2 TVs, Wi-Fi, etc. All three floors (first and second floor and basement) are furnished for living, which means that several people/families can live comfortably. The house is surrounded by a large lawn as well as a playhouse and barn.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. The house has four bedrooms and a basement with additional possibilities for sleeping places (summer time). Close to playgrounds, Siljan and city center. Our two rabbits Oboy and Epa-Jocke also live on the farm and are very happy to be taken care of during your stay. The house will not be rented out to younger adults/teenagers. No parties allowed. Guests clean before check-out! Towels/linens not included

Hiking trails, downhill skiing in Granberget, excursion destinations and sights such as nature in Siljansnäs, gym/bathhouse and padel hall can be found in central Leksand 10 min by car. Charming old house on a classical Dalarna farmstead. Quietly situated near lake Siljan. Guests have access to their own part of the garden. The house is 80 sqm, with two bedrooms, lounge and fully equipped kitchen. DEPARTURE CLEANING, SHEETS AND TOWELS INCLUDED IN PRICE. A frequent comment from our guests is that their visit was too short. We recommend minimum three nights - there is much to see and experience, for all ages, in the area.

The house is located near scenic Lintjärn and there you can take a dip in the evenings. We also have a gas station and Våmhus Handlarn where you can buy various foods, etc. about 1.9 km away.
