Fresh, new and charming farmhouse with a high level of comfort – underfloor heating, bathroom + additional WC, washing machine/tumble dryer, fibre Wi-Fi, Smart TV, parking for 2 cars, etc. The Sjögårdarna area by Lake Siljan has an outdoor gym, sports ground, lakeside access and lovely nature trails. Within walking distance of Tällberg, with shops, cafés, restaurants, a gym, a spa and events! The house covers 64 m² – a large living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, a lounge, 2 bedrooms, a WC/shower/laundry room, and a WC. Terrace in the left position with outdoor furniture and umbrellas.

It's easy to thrive here! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive and clean towels are provided. This is a truly cosy 27-square-metre cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-metre veranda offering stunning views of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private plot (5,000 m²) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both in summer and winter.

Bathroom with shower and small washing machine. Fireplace. Here you live in the countryside and around the farm there are live farms with cows. A few minutes' walk to a five-star campsite with a fantastic beach and free heated pool. 1 km to Leksand Summerland. 2 km to the city center. 2 km to Gropen.
