Small apartment located on the ground floor of our house with a breathtaking view of the Chaine des Puys. Ideally located for hiking enthusiasts in the summer but also ski enthusiasts in the winter, the accommodation is also very close to the Zenith d'Auvergne and its large hall. Also discover the historic city center of Clermont Ferrand and the famous Place de Jaude, not to mention the obligatory passage through the Marcel Michelin Stadium, home of the Jaunards.

Nice studio on Royat

We are renting out a superb 33 m² studio, located in a quiet area. Fully furnished and newly equipped. Ideally located: close to the city center (10 min by bus), and also close to several hiking trails, 11 min drive to Puy de Dôme and 7 min to an Intermarché. We provide linens, free access to the studio thanks to a key box (code provided by SMS). The little extra! We have four cats, rather sociable, watch out for allergies! Clélie and Gaëtan.
