The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

Lovely lawn and several terraces. Space for 4 cars. Within walking distance of shopping, the town centre, restaurants and a walk in the Sødalen. There is a small playground diagonally opposite, and a tennis court, golf course, padel court, swimming pool and beautiful beaches are all within easy reach.
