The house is located in the village of Fjaltring close to popular Høfte Q, where you can swim, fish and surf. There is plenty of space and nice views of fields and the North Sea from the 1st floor. It is about 850 m to the sea. The garden is lovely. There is a sauna and shower in the basement, a bathroom on the ground floor and a toilet on the 1st floor. Heating is with air-to-air heat pump, electric radiators and wood-burning stove. Electricity costs DKK 2.75 per kWh, water costs DKK 47 per m3. If you want to rent bed linen and towels, this costs DKK 75 per person.
