If you rent a boat, you can go straight out into a varied archipelago with good fishing opportunities. Beaches are about 15 min away towards Lista. 10 min by boat/car to the city center.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Developed/renovated cottage in a lovely spot in the south of Norway. Must row over a small water to get to the cabin, or walk through the forest (700 meters). Here you can swim, fish trout in the water or be lucky to see the osprey soaring over the water. Is eagle's nest not far from the cabin. Simply a magical place on the waterfront. The sleeping quarters have windows so you can see out in nature when you are in bed. Warranty for relaxation! We are thinking about renting to housekeepers a few weekends a year and a few weeks in the summer.

Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Towels and beds are included in the price and beds are made on arrival. Parking inside the garage and in front of the garage door. There is a large terrace facing west, and paving stones around the house again at the entrance area. Part of the outdoor area is still under construction.

Here you get peace, sea air and beautiful sunrises, while you are only 10 minutes away from both Lyngdal and Spangereid with restaurants, shops and activities. Whether you want a quiet weekend in the hot tub, an active holiday with trips and fishing, or a visit to the world-famous underwater restaurant Under, you have everything within reach. (A small tip: Remember to book a table at Under well in advance!)

On the fire pit you can cook barbecue food or use as a cozy place on late evenings. Many nice activities in the nearby area - trips, fishing from the jetty, swimming, campfire on the nearby island. Short distance to Lyngdal, Spangereid and Lindesnes. 1 h and 15 min to the Zoo (Kristiansand).
