Im Winter Skipiste direkt vor dem Haus, im Sommer umgeben von blühenden Alpwiesen zum Spielen und Verweilen in der Natur – mitten im Wandergebiet. Fantastisches Bergpanorama und diverse Ausflugs- Sport- und Naturerlebnisse, wie Globiweg, Heidsee mit grossem Freizeitangebot, Bärenland in Arosa, "Chugelibahn" von Roger Federer oder Rodelbahn in Churwalden.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.
