The main town of Chur is a 15-minute drive.

Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Your own little vacation village, a stone's throw from Lavertezzo and the beautiful Verzasca. The village consists of 2 typical, 300-year-old rustic houses with authentic granite roofs. Ideal for a vacation with a small group of friends or family, a total of 12 sleeping places are available.
