If you stay at this centrally located home, your family has all the important points of contact close by. - Immediately next to the Asia Spa, just a 10 minute walk to the main square. -The Montan University Leoben is 7 minutes walking distance. -Good connections to the highway for the MotoGP at Spielberg. Also a great base for hikers and mountain athletes for their tours. In just half an hour you are in the middle of the Iron Alps.

Supermarkets, a cinema, Asia SPA, etc. are in the immediate vicinity. New high-quality sofa bed from the company Traumsofa with real mattress and slatted base!

Great hiking opportunities, dogs welcome

Ideally suited for nature lovers and athletes. The forest and mountains can be explored directly from the property. The beautiful Packer reservoir is only 5 minutes away by car. Free Wi-Fi and parking space available. Dogs are welcome in our apartment. An additional final cleaning fee of €25 will be charged.
