I am a FSU Alumni and this is hands down one of the nicest properties in Tallahassee to stay at. Being greeted by friendly local neighbors and walking distance to the best places to eat in college town, what more could you ask for? This property exceeded all of my expectations, I do not think I have ever stayed in a cleaner Airbnb in my life. Michael was as responsive as possible and a wonderful host responding immediately to all requests. I would highly recommend this property to a friend but do not book all the game days up I am coming back! This unit is an FSU alumni's dream stay!

Very nice place. The place looked exactly as in the photos. Loved the decor. Close to many restaurants within walking distance. Very good hosts. I was even accommodated for one extra night. Thank you Atomic team!

Beautiful apartment and very clean. Great location. I would only recommend more mirrors. It was difficult all getting ready at the same time with only 2 mirrors.

Jacob place was great we got there early and he let us check in early he actually reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed and we were comfortable the place was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed the community was nice and quiet I will definitely book again we enjoyed our four day stay Jacob was great the whole four days check in and out was easy also I mean this place was the best I have nothing but the best to say about it.

Josue's place is amazing! the place was clean, easy to access, each bedroom has a bathroom. I mean the place was prestine when we came in. Everything in good working order and no issues whatsoever l. Josue is very responsive and accommodating. I definitely recommend his place.

Our family was in town for FAMU’s graduation. Check-in was seamless and once inside each room had a separate combination lock. The location is unbeatable. Within walking distance to the event location. The apartment is very well appointed with most things you will need. The space was clean and the furnishings were comfortable. Carter was responsive to all of our questions and very accommodating. We recommend this house for any family gathering.

This place is fantastic. It is clean, modern and welcoming. It was in a location near an event we were attending but if we needed something it wasn't more than minute drive. One of the bathrooms has a glow in the dark toilet seat which is both entertaining and functional

We travel to Tallahassee every few months to go visit family with our children, usually at every Airbnb we have to kid proof the area as soon as we check in but not Kays place. We were pleasantly surprised by how kid friendly it was with an ample living room for them to have their activities in, everything in the home was clean, Kay was quick to respond to any questions and had a very friendly demeanor willing to go above and beyond Since the home is located very close to I10 it makes it very convenient to get around town while still being in a private and quiet neighborhood I would definitely recommend Kays place to anyone that comes to visit town either with children or without children We were very happy with our stay there and would stay again on future trips
