Surrounded by a spacious garden, centrally located in Trondheim, 50 m from metro bus and airport bus, 2.5 km from Trondheim city center, 2 km from NTNU Dragvoll and Estenstadmarka, 3 km from Ladestien along the fjord, 15 minutes walking distance to NTNU Gløshaugen,. The rental rooms constitute an independent, newly renovated apartment with its own entrance: 40 sqm. divided into 2 floors. 1st floor: Hall with wardrobe. 2nd floor: Living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet and a spacious hallway.
