The property has a large, sunny lawn that invites you to play, relax and enjoy long summer days. You have your own swimming area with a diving board and a private jetty, as well as a Zodiac Medline 580 with a 115 hp Evinrude.

This small charming house is located in the first row to the sea on Nesbrygga, which is located on Nøtterøy. The house is renovated and maintains a consistently high standard. Beautiful views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. This is a nice place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all the possibilities to create good holiday memories.

The house is located 40 metres from the sea and offers a fantastic view of Vestfold. Here, you can enjoy a hot tub, barbecuing on the gas grill, a covered seating area, and some fantastic sunsets. It's about a 2-minute walk down to the beach, where you can swim, dive and jump off the jetty, or enjoy a long, beautiful sandbank that the kids love. Inside, most of the amenities are available, and the view of the fjord is just as stunning from the sofa. The house is located at the second-to-last property on a cul-de-sac.

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.
