Le logement bénéficie d'un accès facile à pied, à tous les sites et commodités depuis sa position très centrale. situé plein centre, dans une rue calme, avec accès à toutes commodités. Sur le terrain de la propriétaire discrète, vous aurez accès à sa piscine (réservée aux seuls locataires). Studio spacieux de 35 m2 climatisé et terrasse de 12m2. Terrain arboré. Désolée, pas d'enfant car la piscine n'est pas sécurisée. Je précise que j'ai deux chats très câlins qui peuvent vous rendre visite.
