The property is next to a very famous artisanal butcher shop with a wide variety of local products, a liquor store and a fast charging station. The house also has a private charging station.

The whole group will appreciate the conviviality of this chalet at the foot of Mont-Orignal a few minutes drive from the Éco-Parc des Etchemins and the golf course. With families or groups of friends, everyone will find their own way. Peaceful and warm place. We bought this cottage in December 2023 and hosted tenants using the former owner's listing.
