The studio is located in a property of 1200 m2 of garden not adjoining the main house in a peaceful and quiet place. Les Sables d'Olonne beach is a 20-minute drive away. O'Gliss park 25 min (Rte de la Tranche, Bernard) 140 cm mattress on the mezzanine or on the ground floor on a sofa bed. Possibility to accommodate 2 people. No pets. No smoking inside the studio.

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation.
