La Gouille is located 1.6 km from Epenottes shopping center and 1.5 km from downtown and old Dole. It's the countryside in the city. Very quiet! You have at your disposal a 19 m² studio. One bedroom, one TV, one toilet, one shower room, one kitchenette, one fridge, tea, coffee, bowls, plates, cutlery, glass, plancha, one table as well as two chairs and their cushions, brazier, barbecue, wood. Our cottage was created in our old stable. It is located in our farmhouse, an old farm close to our animals on a 10,000 m² plot of land without overlooking. This 40 m² loft-style cottage has a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. You will have a private terrace and access to the entire property. Pets: cats only.

Chalet La Grenouillère, Jura Plainoiseau vineyard

The "La Grenouillère" cottage is a contemporary, wooden, single-family home, with all amenities, which is part of a quality landscaped setting, on the edge of a natural pond. A beautiful terrace overlooks the pond, populated by frogs, where dragonflies constantly flutter around the water plants and water hyacinths. There are no mosquitoes, frogs and pipistrelles take care of that!
