You will love the view (the sunset) and the peace this place offers you! The colorful beautiful center of Petra is only 10 minutes walk! Only a small pedestrian street between you and the sea! The view of the sunset is unique! We can provide you with sunbeds for free! Just ask for them! We are looking forward to meet you!

Otelia Pansiyon is located in the centre of Ayvalık. All our rooms have air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Our guest house, located in a garden surrounded by our own detached house, is 100 meters from the sea in Assos Sivrice (Sokakağzı coast) and is located among olive trees. The garden is a common area, but our guest house is independent of our own house and the living areas are separate. It has 1 double bed, kitchen (with supplies), bathroom, mini fridge, single sofa bed and TV. We have furry friends in the garden, cats and dogs.
