Jeg leier ut påbygget ("Astridbu"). Tømmerhuset leies også ut. https://De har felles overbygd inngangsparti/terrasse. Vei helt fram, og parkering på tomta. Inngangspartiet med bord og stoler, og uteområdet med bålpanne/sittebenker, er felles. Perfekt som utgangspunkt for et unikt turområde med turstier og skiløyper.

Den er over to plan med åpen løsning for kjøkken og stue, hems med egen sosiale sone, to soverom, bad og ikke minst en stor og pent møblert terrasse. Fri tilgang til Velværesenteret på området med svømmebasseng, trimrom, manuell bowlingbane og badstu. Tilhørende carport og tilgang til smørebod. Bjorli er lett å komme til med tog, buss eller egen bil. Man trenger ikke bil under oppholdet da alt man trenger er like i nærheten.
