This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltal Glacier cable car and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Vacation home in a secluded location plus farm experience

Vacation in a wonderful secluded location on sunny Geisberg. The rustic Glücksmüh' is a 65 m² self-catering hut. With us you can enjoy the tranquility, the fresh mountain air and the great view in the house or in the sauna. The nearest ski resorts: Kreischberg, Turracher Höhe, Fanningberg, etc. are only about 30 minutes away. In the winter, it is advantageous to take snow chains with you. The highlight, however, is collecting mushrooms in summer (chanterelles, boletus, parasol).

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The house has 1 wood-burning stove in the kitchen and 1 tiled stove in the living room, which conjure up a cosy warmth in the house. The bathtub also invites you to relax. In addition, a garden with seating and a barbecue are available. Guests especially appreciate the natural mountain landscape, which is ideal for hiking. But our community has also received an award for air quality

Welcome to my cozy apartment on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The perfect place to unwind and enjoy the mountain views. There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.
