Sunny Chełm is a unique place in a fairy-tale scenery, almost in the clouds with a wonderful view of the panorama of the Tatra Mountains. An independent apartment of a high standard, whose finish and usability will satisfy the most demanding Guests. Just 30 km from Krakow. Fully equipped with a large terrace and garden. The apartment has a private sauna. In the garden there is a playground for children and a barbecue shelter. There is also a private parking for guests. This is just a substitute for what we have prepared.

Upstairs room with a private bathroom and a living room and kitchenette (on the ground floor) shared with the second room. The property is located on the Kryspinów lagoon. Breakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. It is possible to order a packed version (in the event of early check-out), but this must be reported at least 1 day in advance. We organize trips with pick-up from the facility to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Salt Mine in Wieliczka - please contact us at least a few days before arrival.

Sunny room / whole flat (10min walk to the Center)

My flat is located in the heart of the city, between Main Square and Jewish district. The city transport is very close (you can take a direct train to Auschwitz or to Wieliczka), as well as outdoor market & shops. The view from the window is beautiful, especially during the sunset - you see St Mary's church from here. Even though it's pure center, the district is calm and green. The flat is on 4th floor. Usually I am out of the city so you might have the whole place for yourself. Welcome :)

The cottage was built in 2019, preserving the traditional regional architecture, entirely made of wood, which makes it unique. We do not accept pets.
