You can walk into the woods in no time and, with the 2 included Sparta e-bikes, cycle to beautiful places such as the Henschotermeer and the Soesterduinen. Staying at home is also a treat: the sauna, bathroom with double shower heads, barbecue and large garden with two terraces, one of which is covered and heated. The house is energy-neutral thanks to 18 solar panels.

Many animals are spotted here in the evening and at night: deer, foxes, badgers, squirrels, buzzards, tawny owls, woodpeckers and hares. In the wood embankment, even weasels can be spotted!

It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.
