THE 2 BEDROOMS APT INCLUDES: -2 bedrooms one with a double size bed the other one with a queen size bed (each room has a closet and fresh linens provided for each guest) -1 bathroom with shower comes with fresh towels. - Fully equipped kitchen including full size oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, basic cooking equipment, coffee maker, dishes, pots and cutlery, - The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, flat screen TV. The studio on the coast

CITQ Establishment No.: 296715. Nice (LITTLE) ancestral (studio), warm near everything. Nice neighborhood near the ferry. Free parking on the street at night and weekend from 8 am to 6 pm for two-hour maximum. From December 1st to March 15th NO PARKING IN THE STREETS AT NIGHT. You have some free parkings in the surrounding streets but I prefer someone without car because during a storm you will have to change the location of your car according to snow removal operations.
