Our luxury shepherds hut is nestled within the tranquil wooded valley of the River Inny. The shepherds hut sits in an idyllic rural location on a former farmstead and along side a former watermill. The hut offers a cute space including private shower room, wc + basin, double bed and gas cooker/grill/hob and gas stove effect heater. Outside with views down to the River Inny we have a wood burning hot tub (all timber included and we will light it for you daily) and firepit/BBQ-timber included.

Perfect stopover if you're working in the area, on holiday or having a couple nights away. You have your own door to come & go as you please. The layout is a open plan sitting room & kitchen, shower room & bedroom which has a kingsize bed (can be split to twin). We are located just off the A395, 8 miles to Launceston & 8 miles to Camelford, 4miles Davidstow. Perfect to explore Cornwall

Just 10 mins off the A30, Hollyvagg Annex is on the outskirts of Lewannick. Midway between both coasts, with the rest of Cornwall and its attractions easily accessible, it is a great place for a base. The outlook from the front is over the garden, open fields, moors beyond, and the lake. A short drive or walk to the village and you will find the Archer Arms, where you will get good food and a warm welcome. A base for walkers, cyclists, beach lovers and families alike, or just relax and enjoy..

The cow shed.

Welcome to the Cow Shed. We are located in the village of Upton cross. The property is at the end of our garden but completely private with its own entrance and own patio. Our home is surrounded by a working farm which is home to a herd of cows for most of the year, some are shy but others a bit cheeky and will pop there heads over the wall to be nosey. We are based right on the edge of Bodmin moor with views of the cheese rings and Sharptor, we have a local pub and shop .

The Dairy, near Launceston

Our accommodation is a beautifully converted dairy. Its half way between the north and south coasts of Cornwall and also within easy reach of both Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. The whole place has underfloor heating and is all on one level, with its own garden. Our farm is tucked away in a small hamlet, with lots of lovely walks to be had both on and around it. There is also an excellent pub within walking distance. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs.
